The Proof
The $30,000 Overbid Prevention:
A GC email said 3,706 SF of seamless floors. Our engine proved the actual epoxy scope was 398 SF. The rest was sheet vinyl. Without that catch the bid would have been $30,000 too high and lost immediately.
The $27,000 NO WORK Zone:
